We have found this espectacular photo album of the counter-terrorist exercise in Rotterdam.

The special units from Dutch police, DSI (Dienst Speciale Interventies) and navy, "Unit Interventie Mariniers" aka BBE (Bijzondere Bijstands Eenheid), executed an assault exercise where the "terrorists" had a huge load of explosives in a boat in one of the water channels of the city.
