Secutor is a brand that always manages to surprise, and for us it is one of the names that generates the most traffic: every release sparks huge interest. And these CENTURION models are, without a doubt, one of the best launches of 2025.

The CENTURION MWS GBB arrives on the market with an impressive aesthetic, something no longer surprising from SECUTOR and with three models differentiated by colour: 
 
• Matte black: for those who prefer a sober and tactical style. 
• Black with dark bronze buffer tube and handguard: the bronze is a perfect ten; it’s absolutely worth seeing in person
• Coyote and bronze: a classic of the brand. We call it “coyote” because it is not TAN; it’s a darker tone, and even if it sounds repetitive, seeing it in person always beats photos or videos.

The essentials

Internally, they replicate the Tokyo Marui MWS system, but with a different philosophy: everything a player usually installs as an upgrade… is already installed. And to avoid risks, Secutor has based the model on the DOUBLE EAGLE NOVESKE M4 GBB, in its latest and heavily tested version. Add to that a powerful colour aesthetic, a brutal magazine, the suppressor, and the master move: selling them cheaper than what you’d spend if you installed all the upgrades or bought all the accessories yourself. That’s why, for us, this is the replica of 2025. 

  
Reliable base, optimised design

Starting from the already proven performance of the DOUBLE EAGLE NOVESKE GBB series, SECUTOR reconfigures the platform to offer a more robust system. Assembly, tolerance adjustment and finishing have been improved, as this is the factory’s latest production run and, knowing what needed improvement, it has been applied directly. Add to that the quality of brands like Maple Leaf and AngryGun. But let’s go step by step:

• Joint MR.HOP GBB 60º (Maple Leaf) 
Better accuracy, better hop effect and better performance with heavier BBs. A classic that always works. 
• NUB Omega (Maple Leaf)
Provides more stable pressure over the bucking, smooths the flight and improves shot-to-shot consistency.
• Enhanced Drop-In Complete MPA Nozzle Set Gen.2 (AngryGun) 
Integrated power regulator. Allows tuning performance for CQB, woodland, milsim or according to field and country regulations. 
• Canon de précision 6,03 mm 
Better gas efficiency, cleaner trajectories and tighter groupings.

In summary: the “upgrade pack” a player would normally install on an MWS after two weeks… already comes installed here. 

  
Externally: aggressive and functional

•  NOVESKE-style M-LOK handguard, available in dark bronze or matte black depending on the model.
• Included threaded suppressor, interchangeable with a flash hider to switch from a long profile to a CQB-ready setup in seconds. 
• DD-style magazines, robust, realistic and with a 35-BB capacity
• Retractable stock, solid and adjustable to multiple positions.

Learning from mistakes

A very smart move by SECUTOR was to wait and base the model on the latest MWS version produced by Double Eagle, the result of several iterations and thousands of players testing it. This process refined the platform and improved key aspects such as gas sealing, bringing it very close to Japanese-level performance.

CENTURION magazines, in their Daniel Defense-style version, not only stand out visually: they also deliver performance comparable to Marui originals (obviously, like any GBB system, they require regular user maintenance). 

Another important detail is that CENTURION has released two types of magazines: 

• Metal magazines, with an aesthetic similar to Marui. 
• Daniel Defense-style magazines, with a more modern and aggressive design.

Compatibility with Marui

CENTURION magazines are compatible with Tokyo Marui MWS up to the 2024 version (Marui has a new 2025 lower receiver we have not yet been able to test), allowing users to give a more modern look to the Japanese platform. It is worth noting that inserting a CENTURION magazine into a Marui feels similar to inserting a real-steel magazine: you must push firmly and remove it with the same strength (and once inserted, they do not wobble).
