OR (Optics Ready)

The KJWorks OR (Optics Ready) system allows you to install a red dot on pistols that were not originally designed with an optics-ready slide. The solution consists of a CNC-machined aluminium platform that replaces the rear sight and creates a flat base on the slide for mounting RMR-type optics.

The main advantage is obvious: a red dot allows faster and more intuitive target acquisition than traditional iron sights. And, let's admit it, it also adds that aesthetic touch many of us are looking for when configuring a secondary.

A tip: the pistol will always cycle better with CO2 magazines, as you are adding more weight (plate and RMR) to the slide. This advice applies to any brand.
KJWorks offers specific platforms for the KP-05, KP-07 and KP-08, as well as the KP-13, KP-17 and KP-18. Each version fits into the rear sight mounting point and includes different positions and M3 screws for mounting various red dot formats.

A simple solution for upgrading a KJWorks pistol and bringing it up to a more modern configuration without having to replace the entire slide.
