Mike Day is the Navy SEAL who was shot 27 times by entering the first of his team to a room in which four enemies were waiting for them. Yet he had occasion to draw his gun and kill two enemies unconscious to exploit a granade just 3 meters from where he was.

This happened in Iraq, back in 2007, Mike was treated for PTSD (post traumatic stress) and the recovery process is preparing for an Ironman average. This test unless you know it is a double triathlon distances at an Olympic 1.9 km swim, 90 km bike and walk a half marathon.
