The Russian sniper and his rifle

The Dragunov sniper rifle, conciseness SVD, is a semiautomatic sniper rifle 7.62mm, designed by Evgeniy Fedorovich Dragunov for the Soviet Union between 1958 and 1963. The SVD was the first semi-automatic rifle in the world specifically designed for it is used in military precision shooting, and is common (in many of its variants) in the countries of the former Eastern Bloc.

This sniper rifle A&K has been made of metal and high quality plastic. The pistol grip, the chin, the butt plate, charger, body and and some of the internal parts are made of plastic. The other elements of the replica, as the inner and outer barrels, the body, the head and some internal elements are made of metal.

The chinstrap is covered with rubber and height can be adjusted to any position for a more comfortable handle support.

The stock is folded on the right side of the replica which facilitates transport and saving the replica.
